Q: I am having trouble creating an account / logging in. What do I do?

Q:  How does wholesale work on CYS EXCEL?

A:  To be clear, ALL items on CYSExcel.com are sold in cases at wholesale price. You do not need a wholesale license to attain the wholesale price. If you've already created an account, you will be able to observe the "case price" when you view any of our items. For that price, you would receive one full case of the item. The "quantity per case" indicates how many pieces of that item come in a single case. To learn more about the benefits of wholesale, take a look at our blog post explaining our wholesale prices. Q:  What do I do if I have a wholesale license?

A:  If you have a wholesale license, you can recieve additional discounts for large-quantity purchases and sales tax will be waived off any purchase you make. In order to attain this particular benefit, you have to create a wholesale account.

 


 

Q:  How do I create a wholesale account?

A:  In order to create a wholesale account, just follow these instructions:

1. Please create a new customer account if you haven't already. If you already have an account, skip to step 2.

2. Once you have an account with us, you may email us a copy of your resale license as an attachment to contact@cysexcel.com

3. We will notify you with your account status by email. It will take up to 1 business days to process your application.

Once it is approved, tax will be waived for any purchases you place on CYS Excel.com. (See our page titled Wholesale to learn more)

 


 

Q: I have broken items. What do I do?

A: Please see our Shipping & Returns page. Look under Damage Policy. You have 48 hours to request refunds on shipping damages.

 


 

Q: I receive my order, but I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

A: Please see our Shipping & Returns page. Look under Return Policy. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept any returns within 30 days of delivery. We will not accept any returns that are 30 days after the delivery date.

 


 

Q: How soon will I recieve my order?

A: All orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days. After the order has been processed, the estimated delivery time may vary depending on the ship-to address. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more information.
